Also included are excellent risk management considerations to conduct safe programs in the community or after school.
Course Objectives

Learner will be able to identify and describe at least 3 Intellectual & Developmental disabilities.

Learner will be able to identify 5 RT modalities appropriate for individuals with I/DD in community-based service settings.

Learner will be able to identify at least 1 assessment measure to utilize pre- and post- program.

Learner will be able to identify at least 3 pieces of adaptive equipment and/or safety considerations to utilize during the implementation process of a program.
